This luxurious condo, located in the heart of the Santa Rosa Beach area, received an extensive remodel, completely transforming the space.
One of the major aspects of the renovation was the stairs. The carpet on the stairs was removed and replaced with beautiful wood treads, while white trim was installed on the risers. The post was modified to give a less traditional appearance, adding a touch of uniqueness to the staircase. To complete the renovation of the stairs, the handrails were painted, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.
The master bath was completely gutted to make way for more space and functionality. The bathroom wall was pushed back to the location of the existing stair railing, allowing for a more open and expansive feel. Plumbing and electrical systems were reconfigured and the doorway to the master bath was reimagined to provide a seamless and elegant entry.
The linen closet was removed to optimize the available space, and the wall separating the toilet and vanity was taken down, replaced with a half wall to create a more open layout. Recessed can lights were installed to update the lighting in the bathroom, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the space received new tile floor, vanity, countertop, sinks, faucets, lighting fixtures, toilet, exhaust fan, and mirrors. A new walk-in shower, complete with modern features such as new valves, a soap niche, new waterproof and tiled walls and floor, replaced the existing tub. Custom shower glass was provided and installed to add the perfect finishing touch. Cabinetry was added to the back wall, utilizing the space previously occupied by the shower. Finally, the bathroom was painted, harmonizing with the overall design theme.
The guest bath also underwent a complete transformation, with a focus on maximizing space and functionality. Similar to the master bath, the guest bath was gutted, and a new tile floor, vanity, countertop, sink, faucet, mirror, and lighting fixtures were installed. The existing tub was transformed into a stylish walk-in shower, featuring new valves, a niche, and beautifully tiled walls and floor. Custom shower glass was provided to complete the sleek and modern look. Along with the master bath, the guest bath was painted to enhance its appeal.
The wet bar received a significant upgrade as well. Countertops were removed and carefully stored for reuse, while cabinets were replaced entirely. The dry bar was converted into a wet bar, providing a convenient and stylish space for entertaining. Once the new cabinets were installed, the countertops were reinstalled, and a new sink and faucet were provided and installed. A tile backsplash was added and can lights were installed in the dining area.
In the kitchen, existing appliances and countertops were removed and temporarily set aside for reuse. The cabinets were entirely replaced, maintaining the same layout while offering a fresh and contemporary look. After the new cabinets were installed, the countertops and appliances were reinstalled, creating a seamless and functional cooking space. A new tile backsplash was added and the microwave was moved to a base cabinet, optimizing counter space.
The apartment within the condo underwent a revitalization as well. In the bathroom, the existing vanity, mirror, light fixtures, toilet, and tub were removed. The flooring was retained, while a new vanity, countertop, sink, faucet, mirror, lighting fixtures, toilet, and exhaust fan were provided and installed. A new tub, tub faucet, niche, waterproofing, and beautifully tiled walls transformed the bathing area into a luxurious oasis. Any affected drywall and trim were repaired, and the bathroom was painted to match the cohesive design of the condo.
In the apartment’s kitchen, the existing tile flooring was removed and replaced with new flooring. The appliances were removed, and the cabinets and countertops were disposed of. To revamp the kitchen, new cabinets, countertops, sink, and faucet were provided and installed, creating a stylish and functional space. Finally, new appliances were added, ensuring modernity and convenience for the apartment’s residents.
