Every aspect of this Miramar Beach condo was meticulously transformed, from the master bath and bedrooms to the kitchen, laundry room, and common areas.
The master bath received a complete overhaul, starting with the removal and disposal of the existing bathroom floor, shower, tub, tub surround, mirror, and toilet. New tile flooring was installed, complemented by a beautiful tile wainscot behind the new tub. The shower underwent a significant transformation, with the removal of the existing steam feature and two shower valves/heads. A new shower valve/head was installed in the center of the shower, along with a soap niche and waterproof shower. The walls, shower floor, and ceiling were adorned with exquisite new wall and floor tiles. To add a touch of sophistication, a custom shower glass was installed. Additionally, a new framed mirror, vanity lights, toilet, vanity hardware, and fan were provided and installed, while the existing vanity received a fresh coat of paint. A new door was also added, providing privacy and elegance.
Undercounter LED tape lighting in the kitchen provided a stylish and functional touch, while electrical outlets and USB charging outlets were added to the desk area near the sink bar top. Ceiling fans were relocated and new ones were installed.
The kitchen and bar area underwent a comprehensive transformation. The upper cabinets on the bar area were removed and replaced with new upper cabinets featuring wine racks. All cabinet drawer boxes, drawer faces, and doors were replaced, ensuring a soft-close mechanism for all. The crown molding on the upper cabinets was replaced and new cabinet hardware was selected. The existing ice maker was replaced with a trash can pullout, and the entire cabinetry received a fresh coat of paint. The appliances, including the wine fridge, beverage cooler, fridge, microwave, cooktop, double oven, ice maker, and dishwasher, were replaced with new and state-of-the-art models. The countertops were replaced with luxurious quartz surfaces, complemented by a stylish new tile backsplash. A new kitchen sink was installed, completing the transformation of this state-of-the-art kitchen.
In the second Gulf front bedroom, the existing tile flooring, fan, and built-ins were removed and replaced with tile flooring and a new ceiling fan. The necessary electrical work was carried out to adjust the height, and any required drywall and trim repairs were completed. The bathroom received a refresh with new shower glass, a new toilet, and new cabinet hardware for the vanity.
The laundry room underwent a significant upgrade with the removal of the existing tile floor and the installation of a new tile floor. The old washer and dryer were replaced with new units, accompanied by pedestals for added convenience and functionality.
The third bedroom saw a transformation with new tile flooring in both the bedroom and bathroom. A new toilet was installed, and the existing bi-fold door was replaced with a new door. The bedroom also received a new ceiling fan and new cabinet hardware for the vanity.
In the fourth bedroom, the bathroom underwent a complete renovation, including the removal and disposal of the existing vanity, sink, faucet, and mirror. A new vanity, countertop, sink, faucet, and mirror were installed, accompanied by new shower glass and a new toilet. The bedroom’s flooring was replaced with stunning new tile, and the bi-fold door was fixed to ensure smooth operation.
The entire condo received a fresh coat of paint, including the ceilings, walls, trim, interior doors, front door, master bath vanity, kitchen cabinets, and new closet shelving in the front closet. The painting process breathed new life into the space, creating a cohesive and visually appealing atmosphere.
To elevate the aesthetic appeal, the travertine flooring throughout the condo was buffed and polished, and a high-gloss top coat was applied, resulting in a radiant and luxurious finish.
Additional improvements included the installation of new tile floors in the front closet, the addition of self-closing hinges and a magnetic stop on the front door, and the installation of a new shower valve, waterproof shower, wall tile, and shower floor tile in the second and fourth bathrooms. The third bathroom received a new tub valve, waterproof tub surround, and wall tile.
