Grand Villas 2
Located in Miramar Beach, just east of Destin, Florida, is a stunning beachfront condo unit at Grand Villas, nestled within the sought-after Hidden Dunes community. Recently undergoing an extensive renovation, this luxurious condo now boasts an array of upgraded features, creating a haven of comfort and style.
The master bath underwent a complete transformation. A new vanity, countertop, sinks, faucets, mirror, and light fixtures were installed, instantly creating a luxurious feel. The addition of a drop-in tub with a stunning tile surround, complemented by a new tub faucet, enhances the spa-like atmosphere. The shower was also revamped, featuring exquisite wall and floor tiles and a custom shower glass enclosure.
Similarly, the guest baths received meticulous attention during the renovation. The guest bath now showcases a new vanity, countertop, sink, faucet, mirror, and light fixture. The shower was upgraded with beautiful wall and floor tiles, and a custom glass enclosure, elevating the functionality and aesthetics of the space. The other two bathrooms received similar upgrades, boasting new vanities, countertops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, and light fixtures.
The kitchen received a complete makeover to ensure a seamless blend of beauty and functionality. A new pantry area near the foyer was created, featuring full-height cabinets for ample storage. The fridge was relocated to the old pantry location, making room for an oven, microwave, and warmer drawer unit. A new cooktop was installed, accompanied by a sleek hood, adding a modern touch to the cooking area.
The upper cabinets, reaching the ceiling, mirror the profile of the base cabinets, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. LED undercabinet lighting was thoughtfully added to enhance both the ambiance and functionality. The renovation also included a new sink, faucet, disposal, quartz countertops, and a stylish tile backsplash. While the appliances were provided by the owner, the installation was carried out with utmost care and precision.
Additionally, the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, received its own upgrade. The existing balcony tile was removed and disposed of, complying with the requirements set by Grand Villas. To ensure the highest durability and weather resistance, necessary balcony waterproofing was installed. The installation of new balcony tiles not only adds a touch of elegance but also provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
