Harbor Landing
Every aspect of this condo was meticulously redesigned, turning the master suite, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and living areas into a sophisticated and comfortable haven.
The master bathroom was completely transformed. We replaced the outdated flooring, tub, shower, and fixtures with sleek, modern elements. The space now features elegant tile floors and a stunning tile wall behind a luxurious soaking tub. The shower was entirely rebuilt with dual handheld showerheads, a custom glass enclosure, and beautifully tiled walls and floors. We also incorporated a built-in, LED-lit soap niche and ensured the shower was fully waterproofed for lasting durability. The vanity was upgraded with new countertops, lighting, mirrors, and hardware to complete the modern look.
In the kitchen, every detail was refreshed. We installed stylish new modern cabinetry and luxurious quartz countertops, paired with a chic tile backsplash. The spacious kitchen island boasts mitered-edge quartz, and state-of-the-art appliances—including a microwave, cooktop, oven, and dishwasher—were seamlessly integrated. A modern sink was added, along with under-cabinet and toe-kick LED lighting for a balance of function and aesthetic appeal.
Each bedroom received thoughtful updates. The second bedroom now features new tile flooring, while its ensuite bathroom was upgraded with sleek shower glass, a new toilet, and updated vanity hardware. The third bedroom was redesigned with custom bunk beds, fresh tile flooring, freestanding tub with a gorgeous tile surround, a new toilet, and an updated vanity.
The laundry room was refreshed with new cabinetry, tile flooring, and upgraded appliances. A new washer and dryer were installed to enhance both convenience and style.
The living room now features an eye-catching electric fireplace with a striking tile surround. To unify the aesthetic throughout the condo, we installed large-format porcelain tile flooring and applied fresh paint to all walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinetry. New closet shelving was added to maximize storage and organization.
This complete renovation has infused the space with new life, creating a cohesive, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere that blends luxury with functionality.
