Grand Villas 1
Welcome to the luxurious condo renovation at Grand Villas in Hidden Dunes, located in Miramar Beach, just east of Destin, Florida. This beachfront condo unit has undergone a stunning transformation, elevating it to new heights of elegance and sophistication.
The renovation began with a complete gutting of the entire unit, providing a blank canvas for the designers to work their magic. The kitchen was a focal point of the renovation, featuring new custom cabinets that exude opulence and style. The addition of quartz countertops and a striking backsplash complemented the sleek design. A Venetian plaster hood became the centerpiece of the kitchen, adding a touch of artistic flair. State-of-the-art appliances and new lighting fixtures completed the modern and functional space. To add warmth and texture, we added wood paneling, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Throughout the entire unit, all new luxury vinyl tile flooring was installed, offering durability and sophistication. In the bathrooms, elegant tile flooring was chosen to enhance the overall aesthetic. The transformation extended to the interior doors and hardware, with all new additions that gave it a contemporary design. The renovation also included new trim throughout the condo, adding a refined finish to every room.
A notable addition to the condo was a wet bar, perfect for entertaining guests. Marble tile and quartz countertops were selected to create a luxurious ambiance. Glass acrylic shelving provided a sleek display area for fine spirits and glassware.
The exterior of the condo received its fair share of attention as well. The grill area was redesigned with exterior-grade cabinetry and granite countertops, making it an ideal space for outdoor cooking and entertaining. New tile flooring added a touch of elegance to the outdoor area, perfectly blending with the natural surroundings.
Custom closet shelving was installed throughout the unit, offering ample storage space while maintaining a sense of organization and sophistication. In the master bedroom, the closet was redesigned with custom shelving, allowing for efficient organization of clothing and accessories.
The master bathroom also underwent a complete transformation. A custom floating wood vanity added a touch of elegance, while a clawfoot tub with tile wainscoting exuded a sense of timeless beauty. The shower was redesigned with meticulous attention to detail, and the addition of channel LED lighting created a relaxing atmosphere.
To complete the renovation, a fresh coat of paint was applied throughout the condo, providing a cohesive and polished look.
