Revive Properties LLC is a locally owned and operated business specializing in large interior residential remodeling and real estate investing. Owner/Contractor Jake Armstrong is a Destin native and has been in the real estate and construction industries since before graduating from the University of West Florida in 2009. Before becoming a licensed contractor, Jake worked many different aspects of this business.
Since becoming a licensed contractor, Jake has focused his work on residential renovations. When he's not reviving properties, Jake enjoys spending time with his high-school sweetheart-wife, four beautiful kids, watching Ohio State football, and shooting hoops.
